The Outdoor Advertising Association of Nigeria (OAAN) has concluded plans to hold its 30th annual general meeting on July 30, 2015.
The proposed yearly meet of the OOH umbrella body in Nigeria is slated for Golden Tullip Hotel, Festac Town, Lagos.
A statement by the General Secretary of the association in Lagos, Emmanuel Ajufo, said the meeting would enable the association receive and consider reports of the General Secretary and the Treasurer together with the audited financial statements of the association for the year ended December 31, 2014 and the auditor’s report thereon.
Ajufo also hinted that the association would at the meeting ratify the appointment of the external auditors and authorise executive council to fix their remuneration.
Other agenda planned for the body’s yearly meet include up-grade of associate member companies to full membership, approval of new member companies, approval for constitution amendment of the association amendment of the OAAN constitution, dissolution of executive council, election of members of the new executive council, appointment of additional members to OAAN Board of Trustees. The statement further added that only member-companies represented by their chief executive officers or proxies who have fully paid all financial dues will be eligible to attend and vote at the meeting.
