Experts will converge on Lagos this week to discuss how to attract fresh investment into the real estate sector.
The experts will meet at a forum aimed at advancing issues and perspectives that will shape new thinking, raise new opportunities and give an insight into how to properly develop Africa’s real estate sector yearly.
The forum is being organised by 3INVEST in partnership with Halogen Security Company Limited.
Tagged ‘Real Estate Unite Conference’, the forum will host global leaders and allied service providers which will debate on how to extend the investment frontiers of the sector.
Halogen, in a statement on Monday, said it was committed to the sector and would introduce its premium security and allied services at the conference.
The statement quoted the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Mr. ‘Wale Olaoye, as saying, “The rise in global population, the boom in the real estate sector and the emerging security challenges underscores the indispensible role of innovative security solutions providers.
“This is why Halogen Security is proudly partnering with 3INVEST for the Real Estate Unite Conference and Exhibition, which parades array of global real estate leaders and allied service providers, for the purpose of advancing issues and perspectives that would shape new thinking, raise new opportunities and beam security insights into how to properly develop the Africa’s real estate yearly.”
According to the statement, the company’s Executive Director, Commercial and New Market, Mr. Bosun Sosanya, will be one of the speakers at the event.
Sosanya is expected to share his thoughts on the strategic functions of security in growing the real estate sector and allied industry.
The General Manager, Halogen Technologies, Mrs. Gbemisola Adejumo, was quoted as noting that there was no better time for industry convergence on how to properly position the real estate sector than now.
She stressed that the role of security solutions provider could not be over emphasised, adding that the company would be showcasing numerous scalable and contemporary integrated security and safety solutions for estate/residence, commercial buildings and systems customised to proffer solution to their security challenges and needs.”
