Nigeria French Language Village Ajara Badagry
1) Tenders are hereby invited from suitable qualified and reputable contractors registered with the Village for the construction of Executive Students' Hostel at the Nigeria French Language Village, Ajara-Badagry.

2) The scope of work comprises the construction of a two-storey building reinforced concrete raft foundation

3) Tender documents will be available for for collection from 13th January 2003 upon the payment of non-refundable tender fee of #20, 000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira only) at the Village's cash office.

4) All tenders must be accompanied by the following:
            (i) Evidence of Registration as a contractor with the Village and with the Federal Ministry of Works
            (ii) Company's Certificate of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
            (iii) Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last (three) years.
            (iv) List of present and past projects done by the contractor
            (v) Bid security in an amount of not less than 2% of the tender price in form of Bank Guarantee issued by a
                reputable Bank.

5) Completed Tenders Form, together with the priced Bill of Quantities must be forwarded to the
    Director, Nigeria French Language Village, Ajara-Badagry; to reach him not later than 1:00pm on
    20th February, 2003

6) Prospective tenderers should please note that the Tenders Board reserves the right to accept or reject any tender
    whether wholly or in part and is not bound to accept the lowest, the highest or any tender.
