The Bank of Industry (BoI) said it has established a customer service desk at its head office in Marina, Lagos, so as to further enhance the quality of services rendered to its customers.
The bank said in a statement that it has appointed Ms Mariam Francis-Hart to head the desk.
“BoI hereby urges its valued customers, stakeholders and the general public to interact with the bank through the customer’s service desk. Accordingly, enquires and feedbacks should please be channeled to Ms Marian Francis-Hart or Olalade Shelle,” the statement said.
The bank also assured its customers of its prompt response to enquiries and feedbacks channeled to the customer service desk to ensure that they are better served.
The managing director of the bank, Rasheed Olaoluwa, said recently that urgent steps will be taken to improve on BoI’s service delivery to enable it meet the unemployment challenges facing the country, especially in the areas of wealth and job creation.
